Job Title: Nail Technician

Salary: Up to $50-$70+ an hour between base/commission/gratuities

Status: Part Time, Full Time

Shift: Days, Swings

Other Compensation: $11.79 + tips & up to 35% service commission + 10% sales commission on any product sold

Responsibilities

• The Nail Technicians will perform services that include manicures and pedicures – plus several specialized treatments unique to Spa Monarch.
• Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
• Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
• Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.
• Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.
• Maintaining the organization of all treatment areas,

Qualifications

• Ideal applicant will have experience in luxury nail services and demonstrated ability to learn new nail services.
• Must be currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Cosmetology.   
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.
