Monarch Casino Resort Spa is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for a variety of marketing materials both in print and digital formats.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, digital banners, social media graphics, and more.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and cohesive designs that align with the brand guidelines.

• Produce high-quality visual content for both online and offline channels.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
•  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
•  Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Project Management software proficiency in Monday or similar.
•  Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
