Job Title: IT Technician I, II, III
Salary: $25- $29 Days/Swings, $27 - $32 Nights

The Surveillance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning, maintenance, and repair of surveillance systems and equipment. This position’s primary focus will be on conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance tasks, installation of cameras, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Responsible for maintaining and managing CCTV and digital recording system
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of surveillance equipment
- Responsible for maintaining surveillance systems, installations, adjustments, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of surveillance systems and equipment to identify potential issues, malfunctions, or areas requiring maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning lenses, adjusting camera angles, replacing batteries, and updating firmware/software
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to surveillance systems, including cameras, monitors, recorders, cables, and network connections
- Repair or replace faulty components or equipment as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize system downtime
- Test and calibrate surveillance equipment to maintain optimal performance and image quality
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used, following established documentation procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to surveillance maintenance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary
- Collaborate with IT teams, surveillance personnel, and vendors to address complex technical issues and implement system enhancements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Ensure that the Surveillance department is kept in compliance with the Colorado Gaming regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all Company matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in electronics, IT, or surveillance systems is preferred
- At least three (3) years of casino and/or surveillance technical experience
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting surveillance systems, preferably in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of surveillance equipment, including cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, cables, and network infrastructure
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software for surveillance system analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in cctv equipment, installation (including pulling cable), maintenance, and diagnostic/repair of cctv equipment
- Must understand the use, care, and selection of appropriate hand tools
- Must understand use of computers and various types of software
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical manuals, manufacturer specifications, and troubleshooting guides used in the installation and repair of technical investigative equipment
- A valid Colorado Support Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
