Monarch Casino Resort Spa, located in scenic Black Hawk, CO, offers an exciting and dynamic environment that prides itself on its commitment to providing exceptional services. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Benefits and J1 Coordinator.

As a Benefits and J1 Coordinator, you will effectively manage all aspects of the company's benefits and J1 programs, ensuring that employees fully understand their benefits. You will also act as the primary point of contact for all J1 Visa matters in coordination with external agencies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee benefit programs like health insurance, retirement plans, sick leave, vacation, and leave of absences.
  • Coordinate J1 Visa processing, tracking, and relevant communication to support our seasonal team members.
  • Facilitate benefits and J1 information sessions to ensure comprehension among employees.
  • Resolve employee inquiries relating to benefits plans and J1 visa matters.
  • Maintain compliant and accurate benefits and J1 records.
  • Stay updated on current regulations to ensure company compliance and recommend updates to management as necessary.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in benefits administration.
  • Experience dealing with J1 Visa processes.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits and J1 Visa.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
