Job Title: Houseperson Projects

Starting at: $17 + up to $3,000 New Hire Incentives + Free Meal + Benefits

Status: Full Time

Shift: Day, Swing, Night

Other Compensation: *New hire incentives includes up to $1,400 from Monarch and up to $1,600 in “Colorado Jumpstart” unemployed workers incentives for those who are eligible. State payments are within 30 and 60 days. Monarch adds payments 90 through 180 days! Note: State payments go to $1,200 on June 1. Monarch New Hire Incentives and State incentive offers ends on June 26.

Responsibilities

  • Deep Clean carpets, walls, ceilings, drapery, furniture, etc. in rooms, corridors, elevators, - help clean up overflows – and bio hazard situations.
  • Move furniture, supplies, and equipment.
  • Work with the management team during remodel or upgrade projects.
  • May be required to cover shifts as a houseman.
  • Equipment use - Shampoo machine, rotary floor machine, steam machine, pallet jack, extractor.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience

    • No formal education or experience required.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
    • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision.
    • Ability to exert physical effort consistent with position as per the hotel standards.
    • Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs.
