Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bathrooms, sleeping areas, and living spaces Make beds and change linens; replace towels and remove trash and used items Vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and mirrors Restock guest room amenities, supplies, and linens Inspect rooms for cleanliness, safety, and proper setup before marking rooms ready Report maintenance, safety, or damage issues to supervisors or the housekeeping office Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling standards Respond professionally to guest requests and provide courteous guest service when encountered Maintain assigned carts, tools, and equipment in clean and organized condition Complete assigned rooms efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
