Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is opening a brand new expansion that will have over 500 luxurious rooms, 4 delectable restaurants, and a full service spa/salon, all of which is opening soon!

Our restaurants will feature a Chophouse, 24/7 Café, Specialty Restaurant, and Buffet. Our spa will feature state of the art spa services on top of the 23rd story of our resort along with a roof top pool, sauna’s, hot tubs and more!

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review company financial transactions, contracts and departmental business practices
  • Identify expense control risks
  • Implementation and management of property computer maintenance management system
  • Tracking and management of asset warranties
  • Develop and implement expense & revenue control plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their revenue/expense control plans
  • Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue/expense reports, as well as documentations of financial arrangements
  • Assist in customer negotiations to help the company achieve revenue objectives
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Tracks asset deficiencies and damages and follows up with needed repairs and/or asset replacement
  • Processes account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Verifies entered departmental data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Combines data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data
  • Secures information by completing data base backups
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
