Other Compensation: *New hire incentives includes up to $1,400 from Monarch and up to $1,600 in “Colorado Jumpstart” unemployed workers incentives for those who are eligible. State payments are within 30 and 60 days. Monarch adds payments 90 through 180 days! Note: State payments go to $1,200 on June 1. Monarch New Hire Incentives and State incentive offers ends on June 26.

This person will contribute to our success by ensuring a positive guest experience at all times. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a cocktail server in a bustling, fast pace casino environment.
- Great people/guests skills
- Offering and serving beverages to the guests on the casino floor and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Ringing up the beverage orders and waiting for the order to be made
- Checking, cleaning and stocking the beverage service stations
- Assist the guests for any additional requests
- Practice awareness in serving alcohol – must be T.I.P.S. certified
- Report all intoxicated customers to the beverage supervisor.
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following; Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.
- Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
- Ability to speak and write English.
- Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand
- Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.
- Strong general mathematical skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have the ability to stand for duration of shift.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
