Job Title: Bell/Valet Manager
Salary: $75,000 +

- Responsible for managing the performance of the bellmen / valet to meet department and property business objectives.
- Coaches and manages Team Members to consistently deliver four diamond service to our guest.
- Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies.
- Assumes the responsibility for the accurate completion of all shift work in accordance with Monarch standards.
- Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Completes reports and projects as assigned by direct report.
- Works with the team to ensure that we are claim free.
- Works on ensuring that all company vehicles are maintained.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years Bell / Valet experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort, and 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Computer proficient.
- Ability to read and analyze reports and vendor bid sheets.
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
