Job Title: Restaurant Server

Salary: $12.14 + tips

Shift: Overnight 

Status: Full Time

Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Bistro Mariposa Server to join our team!  You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds our guests' and team's expectations.  

Responsibilities:

• - Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
• - Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.
• - Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.
• - Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• - Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• - Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).
• - Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.
• - Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• - Must be at least 18 years old.
